The HEM (Health Equity Matters®) Foundation, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit advocacy organization transforming how we support individuals impacted by sickle cell disease and other chronic conditions.

Our mission is to foster health equity through a holistic lens, addressing the root causes of disparities while uplifting mental, emotional, and overall well-being.
